Fees reflect the depth of desk work and the length of the briefing, not a monthly subscription. Every engagement is confirmed in writing with scope, timeline, and total fee before research starts. Prices below are guidance in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.

What moves a quote

Payment
A fifty percent deposit secures the diary slot; the balance is due on delivery of the written note (or on completion of a calendar session). We issue invoices by email. Card checkout is not offered on this site — settlement is arranged after scope agreement.
Estimates
If your brief sits between categories, request a scoping reply. We respond within two working days with a fixed fee or a clear reason we cannot take the work.
