Retention

Enquiry messages are retained for up to twenty-four months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, dispute, or legal duty. Invoices and engagement records are kept for six years. Analytics data, if enabled, follows the periods in the cookie table.

Sharing

We use service providers for email, hosting, and (if consented) analytics. They process data under instructions and appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers
