This policy applies to paid research consultations with Apifabric Base: Dividend Opportunity Briefs, Income Portfolio Reviews, Ex-Dividend Calendar Sessions, and booked follow-up calls.

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on how far desk work or session delivery has progressed. Guidance below sits alongside any terms in your scope letter.

Cooling-off and cancellations before work starts

If you cancel in writing before we begin desk research and before any briefing materials have been drafted, we refund the deposit in full within fourteen days by the original payment method where possible.

After research has started

Once analysts have begun reading filings or drafting, deposits become non-refundable because time has been reserved and work product begun. If you cancel mid-engagement, we may invoice for work completed at our reasonable assessment, capped at the agreed fee. Any surplus already paid above that assessment is refunded within fourteen days.

Completed deliverables

Written notes and completed calendar sessions are non-refundable once delivered, except where we materially fail to supply the deliverables described in the scope letter. In that case you may request a remedy: revision at our cost, or a partial or full refund proportional to the shortfall.

Rescheduling

Briefing calls and calendar sessions may be rescheduled once without charge if you give at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Later changes or no-shows may forfeit that session slot; a replacement session can be booked at the published follow-up or session fee.

Deposits

A fifty percent deposit secures the engagement. Deposits are applied to the final invoice. Unused deposits follow the cancellation rules above.

Materials already obtained

Third-party document fees occasionally incurred at your written request are non-refundable once purchased.

How to request a refund

Email contact@apifabricbase.digital with your name, engagement reference, and reason. We confirm the outcome within five working days and process approved refunds within fourteen days thereafter.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law where you contract as a consumer.
