These terms apply to your use of apifabricbase.digital and to research consultations commissioned from Apifabric Base (“we”, “us”). By using the site or confirming an engagement you accept these terms.
Acceptance
If you do not agree, do not use the site or instruct us to begin research. Scope letters for paid work may add project-specific terms; where they conflict with this page on fee, deliverables, or timeline, the scope letter prevails for that engagement.
Services described
Pages describing consultations, fees, and processes are informational. They do not constitute an offer to enter a contract until we issue and you accept a written scope letter and deposit terms.
Intellectual property
Website copy, research frameworks, and delivered notes remain our intellectual property. You receive a licence to use a delivered note for your internal investment decision-making. You may not resell, publish, or redistribute our notes without prior written consent.
Research nature and liability
Our work is independent research and educational discussion of dividend-paying equities and related instruments. It is not a personal recommendation under UK regulated-advice definitions unless explicitly stated in a separate authorised arrangement. Capital markets involve loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for investment losses arising from decisions you make after reading our materials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep site content current but do not warrant completeness. Fees and timelines on the site are guidance until confirmed in a scope letter.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse the contact form, attempt unauthorised access to systems, or submit unlawful content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
